J. Pretlow Co., LLC manages projects from its conception, to the start of construction, to finish. As "Owners Representative," Pretlow will conduct all functions with obtaining political endorsements, liaison to community representatives, and City Government. We possess the capacity of conducting all procedures from programming to -design - to construction.
